What to ExpectOur clinic has a very relaxed family practice feel and you will be greeted warmly when entering our office. Our front office specialist will show you where to sign in and provide you with our new patient paperwork. If you would like, you can download those documents from our website and have that filled out before you enter our office. If you have health insurance we will make a copy of your cards for our records. Next, you will be escorted to our private exam room where our doctor will introduce himself and perform a thorough history and examination in order to diagnose your condition. If necessary, X-rays will be taken of your area of complaint and additional diagnostic studies may be ordered. If you have any medical records that the doctor feels he need, we will have you sign a release so we can get those records. Once this is completed, most times we will perform your first treatment on the initial visit and the doctor will briefly discuss your condition. Upon leaving the office, you will schedule your next appointment at the front desk.

On your second visit, you will receive your next treatment and the doctor will discuss your condition and his recommendations for care in more detail. If you have any question, the doctor will be happy to answer them and discuss any concerns that you may have. Also, on your second visit our insurance specialist will go over your insurance benefits. If you do not have insurance, we will go over our affordable cash pricing. If you are a personal injury or work related injury patient we will go over our third party procedures. When you leave your next visit will be scheduled at the front desk and payment may be taken at this time.
