From Mandeville: Get on Highway 190 West (heading north towards Covington). Go past the I-12 overpasses. The 1st traffic light is at the Exxon Station. At the 7th traffic light (Dogpound Road a.k.a. Harrison Road), there will be a CVS Pharmacy on your right. Go through this intersection and take the next right onto North 12th Street, which runs between Phil Mereaux Tires and Citizens Bank.
